I’m Leanne Cusumano Roque, Before I became a coach I practiced law. President of Shine Like the Sun Coaching & Facilitation.

I specialize in coaching with Federal executives, environmental nonprofit leaders, attorneys, scientists, and entrepreneurs.

I am a graduate of....

International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program®, Success Unlimited Network® (SUN), founded in 1987, and was an Associate Coach Trainer with SUN from 2015 to 2018. I am also a member of the ICF and hold the Professional Certified Coach Credential (P.C.C.) through ICF.

I am an experienced executive, professionally trained coach, business owner, and was a successful attorney for more than a decade, as well as an award-winning supervisor and leader of multi-disciplinary government teams.

I am a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute’s Leadership for a Democratic Society program, a Distinguished Toastmaster, and a qualified administrator and interpreter of the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument®*
