CRC Consulting, Inc., based in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area in Reston, Virginia and a sub-S, Virginia-certified small and woman-owned business of the Commonwealth of Virginia, specializes in providing to the Federal government the highest quality, most effective services.
We provide coaches who are all graduates of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program®, Success Unlimited Network® (SUN), founded in 1987. Our coaches have hundreds, and in some cases thousands, of hours of coaching experience, as well as experience working 
with the Federal government.
Our Leadership Coaching program for Federal Executives teaches clients a structure as well as engaging clients in a coaching process. The structure involves three techniques: The Results Game, The Well-being Game, and The Guidelines for Winning. The client always provides the content/results. Our coaching is a one-to-one, personal, tailored program fit to the specific needs of the client.
Organizations benefit from our brand of coaching because clients graduate from coaching in 4-6 months, leading to lower costs to the organization with increased sustainability of results.
While most coaching focuses on getting results, we focus both on results and on supporting clients in learning HOW to get the results they want. In this way, rather than the government paying us to stay for a long time because there are always different results that employees want to achieve, our program has a beginning, middle, and an end and a timeframe that is known in advance. In the 4-6 months that we coach an executive, the person learns HOW to produce the results. At the end of the 4-6 months not only have clients accomplished desired results, but they have the techniques to achieve results period, are in the habit of using those techniques, and can accomplish future desired results.
